How the quality of your thoughts and feelings determines your state

Posted on .

How aware are you of your thoughts and feelings? What kind of state does the quality of your thoughts and feelings put you in?

Those are powerful forces – your thoughts and feelings.

Be careful and mindful about the quality of the thoughts and feelings that you allow yourself to have. You must give this action importance.

Each day, dedicate some minutes to activities that connects your heart and mind to your soul. Singing, drawing, painting or being with your children? It could be anything that connects you to your true self.

The activity should elevate your consciousness and lighten up your soul by just imagining the activity.

It is an important moment to hold on to this feeling, and you should tell yourself that your future and your salvation depends on this moment.

In the beginning you might not feel that this gives you anything but gradually you will feel something growing, that is very pure inside you.

This blessed state will bring you strength, peace and joy.

How aware are you about the quality of your thoughts and feelings?
