Are you suffering because you can’t seem to fit into society?

Are you one of the men or women who do not find your place in society? Do you feel ignored? Looked down on? Feel useless? These are the worst kind of sufferings there is.

How can you make use of your energies?

What the books of wisdom say:

People in these conditions are, most probably, not given the opportunity to build anything, and the only thing left for them to do is to destroy everything around them.

It is not that they have a particularly nasty nature, but when they feel unfairly treated, ignored, unrecognized, they are tempted to attract attention through aggression. And that way they get noticed.

Being sensitive to other people’s views and opinions is not wrong in itself. However, a person’s self-esteem and their sense of self-worth should never depend on another person’s view or opinion, but on the awareness of the work they are secretly doing in their heart for the good of the whole world.

So, even if society does not seem to need you, do not let it upset you. You will always find a place here or there to do something useful, good and beautiful.

And whether you are recognized or not, you will feel you are blossoming.

How I handled my sufferings:

I am a very sensitive person and I have now learned that the only being who can understand me best is myself. If I understand myself best, people will automatically respect me and understand me. First of all whenever I feel treated bad, I always stop and think about why am I feeling in a certain way. I start to breathe heavily and deeply with my stomach and I let the anger or stress pass away slowly. If I feel whatever I am doing or saying is good and not harming anyone then it is nothing to worry about. It is just a temporary feeling that has been triggered by something that is deep inside of me. I observe myself and let the anger, sadness or stress just leave me. Because I do not allow it to control me anymore. And yes I do sometimes want to punch someone, but that does not serve me and my soul well.
